We understand that there may be a time when you need to exchange or refund an item you have purchased with us. For jewellery purchases online at www.milesmann.co.uk we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided that the items tag has not been removed and it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition, inside its original box with your sales receipt. Please check your purchases thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any packaging.
We are sorry but we cannot offer an exchange or refund on items that have been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements (i.e.: engraved, finger size altered etc) All pierced jewellery is non refundable and non exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
If you unfortunately receive an item which is faulty, please complete the form on the "Returns Request" page to request an RMA number. We will then reply to you with a number and return instructions. All items returned as faulty will be carefully checked and assessed.
Items must be returned to us by a trackable method of postage.
Refunds will be issued in the same form that was used for payment.
